As first-time parents we were told several horror stories by close friends of their “Pre-School” experiences. Guided by their practical insights and recommendations we began our search for the “ideal” school while our daughter was still in the womb (don’t laugh, you did it too!). To our surprise their stories became our reality and we promised ourselves that if were ever to have another child they will not suffer the same fate. This pursuit gave way to over seven years of research, exploration and investment to create Serenity Prep (named after our daughter Elisa Serenity Balkran).
